Shipments

Immediately after your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your order details. Be sure to check that your address details are correct.

We will take your order from our stock and send you a Track & Trace code at the time of processing. Note: this link usually becomes traceable 6 to 12 hours after the email.

Once your package has been registered at the Bpost or DPD depot, you can follow it to your home via the tracking link.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

If you return an entire or partial order, you will receive the purchase amount back after receipt of the return via the payment method with which you paid. This is usually within 5 working days. Of course you can also simply exchange with another size, color or product of the same price.

If the product has been purchased with a discount, you have the right to exchange with another size if available or with a gift voucher for the value of the product you want to return.

The return costs will be charged to the customer.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected] or via the contact form.

The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has stated this clearly in the offer, at least in time for the conclusion of the agreement. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
which are clearly personal in nature;
which by their nature cannot be returned;
which can spoil or age quickly;
the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
for loose newspapers and magazines;
for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.
